Service: web hosting on SolarHost servers in Romania according to the chosen plan and, on request, domain registration (domains are registered in your name — you are the holder; SolarHost is the technical contact and gives you the transfer code on request).
Payment: in advance, monthly or yearly, by card (EuPlătesc) or bank transfer. Auto-renewal can be switched off anytime. After 7 days of non-payment the hosting is suspended; data is kept 30 more days, then deleted.
Withdrawal (consumers): 14 days from the contract, without reason. Since you asked for the service to start immediately, we refund the amount paid minus the period already used. For a domain registered at your request, withdrawal no longer applies after registration.
Acceptable use: no spam, phishing, malware, attacks, crypto mining or illegal content; violating accounts may be suspended immediately.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the last 12 months, except where the law forbids it. Romanian law applies; consumers may contact ANPC and ADR bodies (SAL).
